The proposal I intend to write for this class is one that will support program evaluations for the Eugene T. Moore School of Education here at Clemson University.
There is a competitive grant for program evaluations for the various programs or the school. There is a list of specifications and expectations for a two part program. The first part requires submission of a method and development of a methodology for evaluating certain programs. The program I will evaluate will be for the Master's of Teaching in Middle Grades in Middle Education. The study involves a study of program completers, currently teaching in the middle grade level.
I believe this study will assist in increasing the level of satisfaction for graduates and will increase their abilities in teaching during their first years in their teaching career.
